01 What time is check-in and check-out? +
Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am. If you need a little flexibility, let us know and we will do our best to help.
02 Can we check in early or check out latessss? +
Early check-in and late check-out are available by prior arrangement, subject to availability. Please ask when you book and we will see what we can do.
03 Do you have Wi-Fi? +
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout the house, including all guest rooms and shared spaces.
04 Are the rooms en-suite? +
Yes. All guest rooms have their own private en-suite bathroom with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries.
05 Do you provide toiletries and towels? +
Yes. We provide fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and other basic bathroom essentials in every room.
06 Can we book a room for one night? +
Yes, subject to availability. Some dates may have a minimum-stay requirement, particularly during busy periods.
07 Can we store our luggage before check-in or after check-out? +
Yes. We are happy to store your luggage before check-in or after check-out so you can make the most of your time in the area.
08 Do you have a restaurant or bar? +
We serve breakfast in the chart room, and there are several good restaurants and pubs within walking distance. We are happy to recommend a few favourites.
09 Can we request a particular room? +
Absolutely. You are welcome to tell us which room you would prefer when enquiring. We will always do our best to accommodate requests, subject to availability.
10 How do we get to the hotel? +
We are easy to reach by car and public transport. Once your booking is confirmed, we can provide detailed directions and local travel information.
11 Is smoking allowed in the rooms? +
No. The house is completely non-smoking. Guests are welcome to smoke outside in the designated area.
12 Can we book directly with you? +
Yes. You can enquire with us directly about availability, rates and any special requests. We are always happy to help you plan your stay.
